Nachhaltige Integration von fachdidaktischen digitalen Lehr-Lern-Konzepten

[Sustainable integration of subject didactic digital teaching-learning concepts]

The three-and-a-half-year BMBF project makes it possible to further strengthen the digitization-related competencies of student teachers at the Karlsruhe University of Education.

As part of the quality initiative for teacher training supported by the federal and state governments, the Karlsruhe University of Education is further developing the Media Education and Digital Education module, which is already mandatory for its student teachers, designing, testing and evaluating innovative digital teaching-learning concepts in seven subject-specific subprojects, and further expanding its Innovation Space. In this virtual transdisciplinary teaching-learning area, students, teachers and young academics can exchange ideas, and the concepts developed in the subprojects are processed into didactic design models. These, in turn, can be accessed by other universities as well as study seminars and schools.

The goal of the InDiKo project is the sustainable integration of subject-specific digital teaching-learning concepts into the overall digital concept of the Karlsruhe University of Education for the further development and evaluation of digitization-related competencies among student teachers at the primary and secondary levels.

The project was managed by Prof. Dr. Olga Kunina-Habenicht until March 2021.

The "InDiKo" project is funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF). The total funding amounts to 2.2 million euros.
