Hints on registering for the exam

Due to the large number of late registrations in the last semesters, late registration for examinations is no longer possible with immediate effect. Please note the respective registration deadlines. An independent and timely registration in BOSS is absolutely necessary in order to be able to take part in the exams.

The following applies to all bachelor’s and master’s degree programs (scholastic and technical):

  • Registration for each examination is required no later than two weeks before the start of the respective examination.
  • Deregistration without giving reasons is possible for oral examinations up to one week before the start of the respective examination, for written examinations up to one day before the start of the respective examination. The student is then considered not to have registered for the examination.
